Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 14 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Email us at cyphersagepodcast@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can evaluate and make it right.

Non-returnable items As all sales are final, we do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing, or any reason other than damage or defect. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds We will notify you once we've assessed your claim. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at cyphersagepodcast@gmail.com.

European Union If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under the EU cooling off period, for any reason. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
